• Your tuition payment reserves a student’s place for a weekly lesson.  I, as your instructor, will be present at the student’s appointed lesson time.

• Please note: unscheduled, last minute family visits, parties, sporting events, concerts, plays or other extracurricular activities do not constitute an emergency. Please take care to plan these around your or your student’s already scheduled lessons. 

 

• With a minimum of 24 hours or more notice, students may RESCHEDULE a MAXIMUM OF 3 LESSONS per Piano Calendar year, with make-up lessons scheduled at a mutually agreeable date and time.  Additional absences will not be rescheduled or refunded.

 

• Last minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) will not be refunded nor will the lessons be rescheduled, except in case of real emergency or sudden illness.

 

• No-shows will not be rescheduled or refunded for any reason. 
  After 3 no-shows, a student's slot will be considered available to be reassigned if requested by another student. 

 

• Lessons missed due to the teacher’s absence will, of course, be cheerfully rescheduled.
